To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish. This is required to verify any damage, defect, or incorrect product claims.

Additionally, customers must submit all necessary details and documents requested by our support team, including order information and proof of issue.

Refund Process
Once we receive your request and all required documents, our team will review the case. If everything is found to be valid and satisfactory, your refund will be approved.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • Refunds are only applicable for genuine cases such as damaged, defective, or wrong items.
